PHYSICALS CARACTERISTICS
Talc appears in color of pink, white, green and black, etc. The
physical and chemical proprieties are varied and excellent,
including lubricity, anti-adhesion, flow-aiding, fire-resistance,
insulativity, high melting point, chemically inert, fine covering
power, soft, good gloss and strong absorption. Due to the Talc's
crystal structure is strati-from, which can be easily splitted into
flakes and has special lubricity. If the content of Fe2O3 is too
high, the insulativity will be reduced. Pure Talc has grease gloss
and soapy.
APPLICATIONS
Chemical Grade
Chemical grade Talc Powder is made out of
strictly-selected high quality raw material and appropriate
formulas after a complicated product line : primary grinding, fine
grinding, grading, ultrafine grinding, surface treatment and
testing, all processes are carried out by advanced machinery and
precise instruments.
This series Talc Powder is available in a broad
range of mesh from **5 to ***0, including common powder and
modified powder of high whiteness, fineness, purity, thermal and
chemical stability.
Talc comes in dozens of varieties according to
end-use industries, meeting various requirements of the market. The
Talc for plastic, rubber and paint are very popular with the
customers.
The intensified and modified filler for rubber, plastic, and paint
industry, which can improve the stability of product's from,
increase the tension strength, bending strength and pressure
intensity, also can reduce the deformation, elongation, thermal
expansivity. High whiteness and strongly uniform particle size
dispersity.
Used in white paint, all kind of water-base and oil-base
industry paint putty and primer etc. Improving hiding ability,
adhesion and weather-proof capacity
- The filler for rubber, the adherent for rubber products.
- The plasticizer and isolator for cable, also can be used as
surface treating agent and filler.
- Micro Talc powder is used for high level coatings, plastics,
cables, rubbers, cosmetics, art paper and textile
lubricant.
- The additive in radioceramic, wireless electric porcelain,
industrial ceramics, architectural ceramics, domestic ceramic,
ceramic glaze, with the advantages of high temperature without
color changing, whiteness improved, density uniformity, well gloss,
smooth surface.
- Used in waterproof roll, paint and ointment
Cosmetics Grade
The additive for Moisturizing powder, grooming
powder, body powder and make-ups, with the effectiveness of
blocking the infrared ray and due to its abundance of silicon
content.
Pharmaceutical Grade
This series is non-asbestos, which is the unique
characteristic in our mine, being carefully selected, cleansed and
dried before ultraviolet disinfection. This grade of Talc material
is one of the softest with the properties of high reactivity and
smoothness, lose structure and greasiness, making end-use products
soft, soluble, slippery without altering their original properties,
and can meet the standards required by Chinese Pharmacopoeia.
Used in medical glidant, tablets and bleaching agents.
Food Grade
This series is made of non-asbestos and crystal
crude Talc ore, which are unique types in our mine. All materials
are carefully selected, cleansed and dried before ultraviolet
disinfection, so the Talc products are harmless, tasteless,
desirably soluble and gritless, giving end-use products softness
and silky taste. All such make Talc series ideal replacement for
expensive materials to help reduce costs.
- The filler in food such as chewing-gum base and candies, it is
ideal gum base regulators and also can be used as antiseptic and
foaming agent in food.
Paper Grade
It can work as filler in all kinds of
papers, colored papers, labels and cardboards to improve the
mechanical behavior and effect and reduce the drying
cost.
