Cnhybond**4 primer developed from our company is a kind of clear light brown liquid. It can be used to help surface preparation for 3M VHB range of tapes, for use in many plastic,rubber, glass, painted and bare metal substrates.

Feature:speed up free tack time, promote the adhesion

Surfaces of bonding materials:PP,EPDM,TPU,PVC,ABS,PET/PBT/Blends, Concrete,Wood,Glass,Metal and so on.

It can replace 3M *4, 3M ***8UV, 3M K***0/K***0,3M ***8UV, 3M AP**1, 3M ***9 Tape primer/adhesion promoter.

Application fields:Automotive manufacturing, Auto modification, Auto Accessories, Auto Care and beauty, Elevators, Electronics, Plastic, Aviation, Toys, Machinery, Transportation, Construction and so on.

Application Techniques

Surface preparation:

The bonding surface must be relatively clean and dry.Contaminated surfaces should be cleaned with a *0/*0 Isopropyl Alcohol and water mixture,A clean lint-free cloth should be used.
2.Application: Shake CNHYBOND **4 primer well before using:
(1).Apply a thin uniform coating to the bonding surface using the minimum amount that will fully coat the surface, allow cnhybond **4 primer to dry thoroughly before applying tape. This is usually accomplished in 5 minutes at room temperature, Be sure the primed surface remains free from contaminants prior to applying the tape. Porous surfaces may require 2 application of CNHYBOND **4 primer for uniform coverage and good adhesion..
(2). Allow first application of primer to dry before applying the second coat, CNHYBOND primer **4 may be applied with brush or swab, It can also be applied with a pressurized flow gun, knurled roller or other similar type of application equipment
Clean up:
Cnhybond **4 primer can be removed with isopropyl alcohol,Vigorous scrubbing may be required
Shelf life
1. *2 months from date of manufacture when stored in the original container at ****7â„ƒ
2. Keep cnhybond tape primer **4 in the original container
3. Keep original container tightly sealed to avoid solvent evaporation
