About Teflon:
PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene), abbreviated as Teflon, generally referred to as "non-stick coating" or "easy to clean material. This material is resistant to acid and alkali, against various organic solvents, almost insoluble in all solvents. At the same time, PTFE has high temperature resistance characteristics. Its low coefficient of friction can be used for lubricating. It is also ideal inner coating material of water pipe.
 
Teflon Features:
High temperature resistance- Operating temperature **0 °C (**0°F).
Low temperature resistance - with good mechanical toughness; even if the temperature drops to ***6 °C (***4.8°F), can also maintain a 5% elongation.
Corrosion resistance - inert to most chemicals and solvents, resistant to acid and alkali, water and various organic solvents.
Weather resistance - the longest aging life of plastic
High lubrication - the lowest coefficient of friction of solid material
Non sticky - the minimum surface tension of solid material, does not adhere to any material.
Non-toxic - with physical inertia, as implantation of artificial blood vessels and organs of the body without adverse reaction.
Electrical insulation - can withstand ***0 volts high voltage.
