Tephestrol®

Fito-drug of estrogen

Active ingredient: Sum of complex terpenoid esters with aromatic alcohols and acids ferutinine and tenuferidine isolated from wild plant Ferula tenuisecta (ferule finely).

Pharmacological properties: Tefestrol® shows high estrogenic activity at all levels of the hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian system. When injected into the body stimulates the proliferation of the mucous membrane of the vagina, uterus and endometrium secondary female sexual characteristics in their underdevelopment, eliminates the common disorders that occur due to lack of gonadal function. The drug activates the processes of synthesis and secretion of FSH and luteinizing hormone in the pituitary gland and stimulates ovulation. Tefestrol ® has no effect on blood pressure and breathing, has no carcinogenic, teratogenic and cumulative, does not alter the secretion of endogenous estrogen. Indications: Tefestrol® is used in the delay of sexual development, menstrual irregularities, dysfunctional uterine bleeding, menopause.
