Production Process

 The steel rollers are made under the process of cutting, welding, turning, static & dynamic 

 balance, CNC precision grinding and surface coating. 

 Usually the roller has critical requirements on the roundness, straightness, runout,  con-

 centricity and cylindricity - that's why final precision grinding process is a must for a qualified 

 steel roller. To ensure the high quality of the rolls, the company does precision machining & 

 strict inspection.
 

 Dynamic balancing is also a must for high speed working roller.

Surface Treatment
1) Finally precision steel rollers need to be zinc coating, chrome coating, paint, teflon coating,   rubber coating etc. 

2) We can provide the following surface coating/treatment by outsourcing. 
 

Packaging and Delivery
