The automobile hub assembly is mainly composed of the inner and outer rings of the hub brake hub connecting screw nut bearing, etc. It is an important component of the automobile axle. Therefore, in order to ensure the product accuracy, the burrs and rust on each spare part must be removed and cleaned before assembly to make the joint surface of each spare part smooth and flat.
1. Press the outer ring of hub bearing and install wheel bolts. The same type of hub is equipped with the same type of bolt. The left and right bolts must be strictly assembled according to the requirements. The thread is intact when the bolt is pressed in. When there is a hub equipped with abs gear ring, the gear ring and the end face of the hub shall be flat, and the runout shall be less than 0.2mm.
2. The joint surface of the assembled hub brake hub shall be clean and the burrs on the brake hub orifice shall be removed. When the hub is assembled with the brake hub, the bolts shall be tightened in a diagonal manner, first pre tightened, and then tightened to the torque required by the technical requirements.
3. The brake hub is an important part of the hub assembly, and the smoothness and runout of each part must be guaranteed. Each batch of brake hubs that have been dynamically balanced must be sampled for inspection after assembly. During balancing, the hole diameter shall be less than *0. The depth shall not be greater than two-thirds of the wall thickness, the interval between two holes shall be greater than or equal to 2mm, and the drilling range shall not exceed one-third of the circumference. Mark the corresponding bolt end face of the drill hole with green paint for wheel counterweight.
4. In order to extend the service life of the hub assembly, different amounts of hp-r high-temperature lubricating grease for passenger cars or special lubricating grease for freight cars should be filled into the hub cavity according to different models. Then press in the hub oil seal with a special fixture.
