The manufacturing process of this product is to form various tube filter elements made of FDA certified non-toxic melt polypropylene filament through melting, injection, traction and receiving molding, forming a filtration layer that gradually increases from the outward inside density, thus forming a deep filtration structure.The high porosity in the melt filter element can intercept impurities in the entire filter section, thus improving the ability of the product to accommodate impurities, reduce the pressure difference, improve the flow and extend the service life of the product.The seamless, porous and high strength inner core formed by melt injection processing has obstruction resistance, pressure resistance and no leakage characteristics.Silicon silicon and fiber free.
Main features:
(1) Filtering efficiency and filtration accuracy, filter element aperture density is uniform, filter efficiency of more than 99%.
(2) filter resistance is small, large flow, large pollution capacity and long service life. The fiber diameter and gap can be adjustable in the production process, the small and outer layer of the filter element is large, increase the flow and pollution capacity, the filter element is not easy to block and prolong the service life.
(3) has high cleanliness, no pollution to water quality, acid, alkali and organic solvents, corrosion.
(4) The strength is large, the filter element will not deform when the water pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter exceeds 0.4Mpa, and when the temperature exceeds 90℃, the filter efficiency will not decrease.
