We are specialized in manufacturing waste tire/plastic/rubber recycling machine, pyrolysis machine and oil ditillation machine. Features of Dinter tire pyrolysis plant

1.Safety: Dinter tire pyrolysis plant are equipped with many safety measures such as pressure gauge, safety
valve and alarming devices. If there is extra pressure inside the reactor, alarming system will be ring, if no
workers hear this, do not worry, the safety valve will be opened automatically to decrease the inside pressure.
Besides oil-water separator and antiback fire device stop the waste gas back into reactor and we also avoid
the possibility that burning gas go back into reactor, then that can avoid the dangerous of explosion.
2.Higher oil yield rate: Dinter tire pyrolysis plant adopted the most advanced independent cooling
system we concentrate on prelong the cooling time and increase cooling area so that cool more oil gas and get
more oil.Besides we use catalyst when we pyrolysis tire, so that we can make fully pyrolysis for tires and
increase make full use of the tire materials and make good quality oil. At same time with our *0 years
experience of making tireoil, our engineer can transfer our best operation skills which how can make more oil.

3. Environmental friendly : Dinter tire pyrolysis plant have a whole set of carbon black discharging
system which can collect the carbon black under the sealing condition it is very clear. After collecting carbon
black into bags, we can use carbon black fuel machine to turn the carbon black into fuel then u can make money from carbon black. Another way is to increase the mesh.
Besides smoke from burning coal or wood can be filtered by our dust removing system, draught fan and cooling chimney will further remove the dust. At last emission from chimney no color no smell and no pollution.

4. Energy saving: Dinter tire pyrolysis plant is equipped with waste gas ( methane, ethane, propane,
hydrogen etc) recycling system, which can recycled the gas back into the furnace to heat reactor. Fuel is
also a cost for customers, this system can save customers’ cost at same time we protect our environment.

5. Fully Automatic: Dinter tire recycling plant is fully automatic. Our plant is equipped with auto-feeder, which can put *0 ton tires into reactor with **3 hours instead of manpower loading with **7 hours.
From feeding to discharging all the process is automatic. We called “Idiot Plant”, it means our plant is very

6.Aftersales service: After purchasing our plant, we would send our engineer to instruct your workers to install your plant at same time training your workers how to operate plant correctly. 7.Laboratory: Our factory have several labs.such as X-Ray Testing Room, Steel Plate Testing room.
Working process:
Firstly, put the raw material into the furnace and seal the feed inlet system.
Secondly,burn the fuel material(coal,wood,or natural gas ,oil ) in the
combustion system .the
reactor will slowly heat ,when the temperature reach around **0 degree
celsius,it will produce oil
gas .
oil gas will be processed by our technology ,then gone to cooling system to
become liquid oil.
the gas which cannot liquid under normal pressure , will be flow back to
combustion system to instead the fuel which heat the reactor, it can save
energy too much .
after finishing oil produce ,the temperature of reactor will go down ,in the same time ,carbon black will be discharged automatically.
Lastly,when the temperature fall to **0 degree celsius,worker could open the door of reactor to discharge of steel wire, then can start another batch working.
