1. The main body of Xuelong EPS Block Cutting Machine is molded and fit together by thick wall deformed square tube. With a proper structure, it has high intensity and free deformation; also it can be dismantled and assembled freely. 2. It realizes three dimensional cutting: horizontal, vertical and cross cutting. The cross cutting wire configures the cutting dolly individually, and cooperates properly with horizontal and vertical cutting. Three groups of transformers controls individually. 3. The mechanically controlled clutch is adopted to realize quick return of cutting frame. 4. It is provided power by large capacity (*0KVA) and multiple contact transformers. Fifty heating wires can be used at the same time at the horizontal line, it has features of widely adjustment, steady pressure adjustment, convenient heat adjustment.
