The Personal Power Plant

Our standard 3 source unit comes with the upper array consisting of five (5) Mono or Poly modules producing **5W or more depending on availability. The lower array comes with eight (8) **5W or **0W Nexpower modules, depending on availability, and a 2kW wind turbine. This 4.3kW system will output between **0kwh and **0kwh per month on average in a good sun, fair wind location. Fair wind being *0 mph average annual wind speed. Good sun being the U.S. southwest where we have about 6.3 sun hours per day at our latitude, *5 to *7 degrees here in New Mexico.

In a location with wind speeds of *2 to *5 mph or more, the turbine can output several hundred more kwh's per month. Again, the power in the wind is all about location, and sometimes about season. In our area, there is very little wind in the summer, less than *0 mph, but in the fall, winter and spring, we have very consistent strong winds sometimes blowing at *5 to *0 mph day and night for weeks at a time. This is a tremendous power harvest in our area.

Our largest system consisting of five (5) **0W Poly modules, eight (8) **0W Amorphous modules, and a 4kW turbine, for a combined 6.7kW system can output in excess of **0 kwh per month in good sun, fair wind locations. **0kwh per month is enough electricity to power most homes in America. The 4kW turbine can generate over ***0kwh alone in strong enough winds.

The Personal Power Plant is a unique Solar Energy Generator in that we provide two separate and independent PV arrays. These independent Renewable Energy Sources take advantage of the strengths of each type of module.  The Mono/Poly modules with high output in direct sun light, and the Amorphous modules produce higher output in low light conditions, as well as outperforming Mono/Poly modules in high temperature areas.  These modules have been tested in the Phoenix, Az. area for over four years now and consistently out produce quality Mono/Poly modules by an annual average of *4% to *5%.  Please contact us to provide a file of this independent test data.
