Objective:
The objective is to restoration of original mechanics of the ossicular chain and process of sound transfer from the tympanic membrane(Long Process of Incus) to the oval window.
Description:
It mainly Replace the  Malleus and Incus of middle ear and then connect tympanic membrane with Head of Stapes.
