Titanium has a low density and is a strong ,lustrous, corrosion-resistant (including sea water, aqua regia and chlorine) transition metal with a silver color, so it sometimes called as the" space age metal".

A. All of our titanium ingots will be melted by 3 times just to ensure the uniformity of chemical compostion.
B. Process Control: Except detecting the material composition of the titanium ingot,we will test the material compostion during production.Like after forging and peeling.
C. Each person monitor one production process,and record all datas of production.
D. Strict Inspection when producing and finished products.Unqualified products will be cased off or scraped.
