Characteristics:
(1)Original designed empty capsules storage, which could load at
most ***0 capsules automatically, reduces the frequency of
loading cups manually and cuts labor cost.
(2)New generation upgrade of loading empty capsules by mechanical
grippers. It is much more stable compared to old pull and plug
system.

no film no sealing.
(4)The PLC will get feedback from sensors and alarm to improve the
pass rate and prepare for the waste removing.
(5)Filling system adopts servo driven auger filler, the accuracy is
±1%.
(6)Original designed capsule rim-cleaning system, which can achieve

(8)Original designed sealing device guarantees a tight and pretty
seal.
(9)Waste removing module guarantees that every product in the exit
is qualified,and it cuts labor cost as there is no need to examine
manually.
