The puree concentrate is prepared from undamaged, sound, appropriately mature tomatoes during the most recent harvesting season. The puree is obtained a by mechanical extraction process and concentrated by physically removing a proportion of the water to increase the brix level. The final product is aseptically packed in sterile bags in open head steel **0KG drums.

Application
Tomatoes is the primary ingredient and the final product is used for the production of juices, nectars, sauces and various confectionary.

Shelf life Twenty-four (24) months from date of production at ambient temperature (Ë‚20ËšC) in unopened original packaging and stored out of direct sunlight. Shelf life of opened product, refrigerate and use within 5 days. Transport at ambient (Ë‚20ËšC).
