Each system includes a controller
cabin, a LCD monitor, a travelling limit switch (with
potentiometer), an encoder, a wireless communication module, a
router, a set of output cable etc. According to the pre-set tower
crane parameter, its working condition and zone enviroment .The
system can monitor and prevent any collisions between tower cranes
and the hook going into the prohibited
area.
Measuring and
displaying:measuring and displaying the
tower crane jib position, trolly amplitude(as to the luffing
tower crane, it’s the vertical amplitude from the slewing center
to the jib tip) and so on.
Alarm
function:giving out acousto-optic
pre-warning when reaches the pre-set pre-warning controlling
points; giving out acousto-opticin warning, when reaches the
pre-set risk controlling points; If there is a failure, the alarm
lamp located in the cab roof can give out an alarm signal
(optional).
Anti-collision:allow
or prohibit the movement of trolley and slewing of jib according
to the real time positions of tower cranes. Including *1
controlling points: 4 points for trolley (high speed forward, low
speed forward, high speed backward, low speed backward); 7 points
for slewing (left high speed, left low speed, right high speed,
right low speed, left counter top, right counter top,
braking).
Wireless
Communication:Each
controller of the tower cranes can communicate wirelessly and
accomplish anti-collision and zone protection. A controller could
be added to or quit from the network without effecting other tower
cranes’ work.
Data Set and Wirelessly
Upload:All
the parameters about site, tower crane and zone could be set on the
computer in the office and upload them to each controller of the
tower crane wirelessly.
Sensors
Calibration:Calibration and measurement could
be achieved by several simple operations after
installation.
Records of
controlling:All
the records of controlling can be stored in the controller, which
can be downloaded to surveillance computer for
checking.
Authorization of
Operation:In
case of unauthorized operation, an authorized password is required
for data setting and operation.
