The crane control unit is mainly made up of left, right control box, armchair and foot switch. The right box includes the 

emergency switch, the left box includes the electric lock, start and indicator, or some other elements. 

 

The contact block which used in control unit has 4 specifications: DC *0A, AC *0A, AC *5A, AC *0A. 

 

The hand knob of the control device is round shapes.

For avoid mistakes (I.e. when impacted) we installed the device with interlock in zero position, the hand knob is made of the upper and nether hemispheres, the hand knob will be off the zero position until the nether hemispheres was pushed up, then it can be operated. 

Disentwine the nether hemisphere and continue once the hand knob does not in the zero position. If use the reverse parking brake regularly and feel inconvenient, the nether hemisphere of the handle can be lifted    and Rotated clockwise, so the hemisphere can be fixed in that position and the self-locking device does not work. The six devices (or more) control unit will have the press type self-locking device.
