• Our continuous fusion furnace adopts specialized design and the production process are more advanced than other colleagues.The melting and heating process are heat resistance thus the products are not easy to break when they are using in a high temperature.Meanwhile,we also can use different characteristics quartz material to produce good appearance and good dimention transparent quartz tube and quartz rod.
• In addition,we have one common annealing furance and one vacuum annealing furance.The quartz products anneals in common annealing furance,the OH content would be less than *5ppm and if they annealed in vacuum annealing furance,the OH content would be less than 5ppm.
• The products of our company are wide application and apply to semiconductor industry,electric light sourse,solar energy industry,optical fiber communication manufacturing and chemical industry etc.
