1.Application: The machine is used for drawing the copper alloy contact wire which used in the electrified railway, drawing the Φ*0~Φ*2mm rod to Φ*0.8～Φ*4.4mm contact wire. 

2.Main features

Non sliding type drawing: Every drawing capstan is driven by individual motor. Dies arrangement is flexible.

Torque type motor control mode: Wind wire around drawing capstan in several circles, which ensure the wire has little slide on the drawing capstan and guarantee the good surface quality of wire.
4.3 Cooled sufficiently: Adopt inside and outside water circulation system to cool the drawing capstan. The sufficient cooling avoid the wire overheat and improve the drawing speed effectively.

Long service life of drawing capstan: The surface of drawing capstan is painted with tungsten carbide and processed by grinding treatment, which guarantee the long service life of drawing capstan.

Excellent function of take-up: Adopt entirety movable type traverser. The power transmitted through ball screw, which ensures the machine moves smoothly. Its self-lock function ensure the accuracy of traversing and avoid capsize of wire.

Advanced electric control system: Adopt DC motor and imported DC speed regulator to control the running of motor. Adopt imported PLC to command and coordinate the whole line. Adopt imported *0.4 inch colorful touch-screen to display and set the on line technical data.
