The Extra Virgin cold-pressed olive oil of Aegean was produced as a new taste with, skillfully sliced black truffle mushroom and black truffle oil. ( Also can be White Truffle) Olive oil with regional characteristics is blended from the best localities and provides a perfect protective area for truffle mushrooms by cooling and preserving all its contents.

Truffle Oil is produced by adding the aroma of truffle mushrooms into olive oil. There is about **4% truffle flavor. However, there is a very intense smell. The flavor is similar to the fermante cheese, but it is a little more complex. For this reason, it is enough to use it in very small amount.
