Main structure of the kiln: The kiln is composed of steel frame, refractory bricks and insulative materials, surface decorating steel plates, kiln cars. The whole kiln is divided into several zones, ***** preheating zone, firing zone, fact-cooling zone and cooling zone. Driving of kiln cars: The kiln cars are pushed forward by a hydraulic pushing equipment. The speed to push car can be changed. Combustion system: This system is composed of fuel supplying system, high effective energy saving burners, air supplying system and firing temperature control system. The quantity of fuel and air supply can be controlled and regulated according to the set firing temperature curve. Fast cooling and exhausting of waste gas: The cool air is blown into kiln just behind the firing zone of the kiln to make products cool down. The exhausted heat is drawn out from the back end of kiln. These different system can be adjusted separately. Automatic control system: This system is mainly composed of driving control system and incident monitoring and alarm system.
