A SERIES metering gear pumps are designed for transporting corrosive fluid. The pump body is made up of polymer materials; the gear is made up of high nickel alloy stainless steel or wear-resistant polymer material; the axis is high nickel alloy stainless steel. The gears and shafts are treated by stringent solid melting and surface hardening, so the pumps have high hardness, excellent wear resistance.

 

Conditions of use:

Viscosity: s High viscosity 4 × **4Cps;

Temperature: maximum operating temperature **0C

Typical applications:

Hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, aqua regia, phosphoric acid, and other salts containing [Cl-]
