 1. Product Introduction
ultrasonic impact finishing of metals equipment is an important measure to process workpiece in precision, which plays an important role in modern society. Among the rest of those countries, Japan has invented a half-wavelength bending vibration system successfully. The cutter is fixed at the thin end of the half-wavelength bending vibration system. The piezoelectricity ceramic wafer of half-wavelength bending vibration system is designed to be semicircular. There are two ceramic wafers at the upper and lower, which form two semi-circular piezoelectric transducer(piezoelectric vibrator). Meanwhile, the micro-hardness, abrasion resistance, fatigue strength and fatigue life of the metal surface are improved.
