Contoller

The controller is a general‐purpose ultrasonic level controller that provides the end user the ability to control up to three unique devices (pumps, valves and/or alarms) through three relays, namely Relay1 (DPDT, 2 form C), Relay2 (SPDT, 1 form C) and Relay3 (SPDT, 1 form C). The controller uses three push-s, SET, UP and DOWN for configuring the relay operation(s). All of the relays can be used for controlling valves, pumps or alarms.

Ultrasonic level sensor which provides accurate range detection, automatic calibration and adaptive noise cancellation in software provide reliable and record measurement. All sensor used *- stage op-amp based low noise amplifier, second order narrow band pass filter, peak-detector and low-pass filter circuit for detecting even the weakest of the reflected sonar signals. Various output options like pulses width, serial analogue 4 to *0 mA, 0 to 5 Volt etc. are available. Interface circuit options provide RS **2, 4 to *0 mA loop, 0 to 5 V DC, buzzer/relay and seven segment LED display. Accessories like mounting bracket rubber washer/nut faster etc. provide quick design and installation support. Features: • SET, UP, DOWN push configuration.

Getting Started: The controller needs to be configured before installation. The unit features non‐volatile memory, so the set points configured before installation will not be lost when the unit is powered down. To start, all you need is the following information:

• Basic Tank Information
    • Sensor Distance Value Maximum sensor range (1M or 2M or 3M or 4M)
    • HEIGHT Distance from the transducer face to the bottom of the tank.
    • FILL‐H Maximum fill height of the liquid from the bottom of the tank.

• Set Points:
    • You will need the measured distance from the bottom of the tank to each set point. These values will all be in the same distance value (default is mm, other units as per user request can be made available) and will all be measured from the bottom of the tank.

• Power:
    • Provide power to the controller
  Note: The sensor distance value setting also determines the 4 to *0 mA current span. The Height setting and the Fill‐H setting then determine the mA values for each level position.
