Buyer accepts wish list. TTM done in Brinks at New York City. At TTM buyers gemolgist examines stones and parcel list. lf both are as per manifest transaction is done immediately. l do not want to hear from brokers or so called seller mandates as you usually have nothing to offer. l have several buyers who have the financial capacity to buy a large parcels of diamonds on spot or contract.
