This machine tool,dedicated for the vertical cutting of logs,has the following features: up and down saw arbors,small diameter and thin saw blades,which are capable of processing large diameter timber with a result of energy saving,flat and smooth cutting surface,replacement of planer,and several slices in one sawing,which greatly improve work efficiency;automatic centering device which can greatly raise the timber utilization rate;active upper compression roller,the first of its kind in China,which can increase pulling force,make timber feeding stable and enable the sawing of short,large diameter hard to process timber;and blade cooling by arbor water,which can remove grease and reduce temperature so as to increase the blade service life. Blade change is convinient and the change of cutting size only needs to change the spacer.
