Product Introduction:

YT**2 urea formaldehyde resin is a formulated single-component powdery gluing agent, which features its high water resistance, mildew proofing, strong bonding and supporting cold pressing and hot pressing curing. It is convenient to use. Compared with the imported products of the same kind, it has little smell and a longer working life. It is the ideal glue for furniture assembly, veneer overlaying, wood board laminating, and wood edging.

Instructions

It can be prepared with cold water.

The volume ratio of power to water is 3:1. The weight ratio 5:**3.

Water can be increased or reduced depending on using conditions.

Measure and prepare glue powder, add 2/3 of total water and then mix them until all glue powder dissolves in the water.

Add the remaining water and mix for using. (Use before gelation, and below *5°C, the pot life is **3 hours usually)

Moisture control of plywood or wood

Cold pressing: minimum 6%, optimal ***2%, maximum *5%

Hot pressing: minimum 5%, optimal **9%, maximum *2%

Storage period

In storage, curing happens when the wood glue powder contacts with moisture and the glue becomes useless. Therefore, the glue powder should be sealed and stored in a cold and dry environment, and shall have a longer storage period in sealed conditions.

Below *1°C, the storage period is more than 1 year.
