- Buyer issues LOI. Non operative L/C stands in place of DD
- Seller confirms LOI, releases signed SPA. Buyer signs SPA,
returns to me, who returns to the Seller.
- Seller Rep finalizes deal and arrangements with the End Butyer.
Buyer then contacts End Seller to discuss which non operative
financial document they prefer for financial
confirmation.
- Buyer issues non operative financial document.
- Seller issues a bank to bank non operative 2% performance bond
and full POP within 3 to 5 business days.
- Im 5 days after the PB, the Seller will invite Buyer to yard to
inspect the product
- Finalization of contract and conditions during the walk through.
Seller begins loading and shipment of goods to the buyer's
destination port.
