INSPECTION : By SGS / CCIS at Loading Port to Sell's Account and at Discharge Port on Buyers Account including CIQ if required.

PROCEDURE :
 
1.    Buyer issue ICPO with full banking details and Bank Co Ordinate and with permission for soft probe and with the  NCNDA/ IMFPA completed and signed by the Buyer and intermediaries.
2.    Seller issue FCO to buyer
3.    Seller issue electronic version of draft contract for buyer’s signatory and amendment if any.
4.    Seller and buyer lodges contract to their respective bank.
5.    Seller and Buyer discuss on final terms of commitments. Buyer visits yard after fulfilling our inspection policy and requirement (optional).
6.    Buyer’s Bank Issues Operative Letter of Credit MT**0 to the Seller in 5 working days after signing the Contract.
7.    Upon confirmation and verification of transmitted swift MT**0 LC, seller shall post 2% PB to buyer’s bank as response.
8.    S.G.S Inspection for Quality and Quantity Service at Seller’s Cost will inspect the Commodity at Place of Loading.
9.    Shipment commence
