1.YD****-RD Ricoh uv flatbed printer innovatively uses Ricoh G5 industrial print heads with  internal heating and **8 level grey scale capability.**7 colors optional, the droplet is drop-on-demand. The smallest is 7pl, the largest is *5pl. The print head ensure denser ink droplets,photo grade resolution, brighter printing colors and great flexibility in color design. clearly printing 2pt word. Its not only printing with high resolution and fast speed, but also the high resolution is **0****0 dpi. G5 head s long lifetime,stable working, very suitable for long time continuous working. **-hours runing, under the condition of good maintance, the life time is about 5 years.

2.The printer adopts double grinding stage precision screw and original Panasonic servo motor.The stable performance of the motor enables synchronous movement of the leadscrews on both sides of Y axis. Thus, our UV printer has reduced printing error and supports high speed precision printing. 

3. Automatic height sensor systerm automatically measure the height between print head and medium efficiently and accurately, avoiding the manual method difference to cause any demage. 

4.Automatice media positioning device ensure position accurately and no difference for repeat printing. Its convient for placing materials.

5.Print head anti-collision device protects the car and print head. It ensure the print head automatically stops when touching the media. 

6.The emergency backeup power supply ensure to maintain the negetive systerm in case the machine is power off suddenly. When the power on, quicly to work stably.
