Main usage:

Characteristic:
The structure is reasonable and simply, with a closed operating condition, it is convenient to access the materials. Cylinder is made by stainless steel, it is easy cleaning.  It is with advantage at good mixing effect, high efficient, small power consumption, and easy using.

Feeding can be manual or equipped with a vacuum suction device; with discharge butterfly valve device, mixing tube with asymmetric Flashlight, the cylinder is made by 1Cr*8Ni9Ti materials, the inside part is smooth, so it is easy to clean.

V-type mixer column frame is made by steel structure, for turbo gear reducer and gears to slow down are used the carbon structure, so it could be achieved the design requirements of the machine operating. The distribution case is equipped with the timing device, according to the requirements of the material to set the operating time.
Principle and structure:
At one end of the machine equipped with a motor and gear reducer, for the motor power is passed through the belt to the speed reducer and then the reducer is passed through the coupling to the V-shaped barrel. So the V-shaped cylinder could be continuous operating and drive the material in the cylinder, upon, down, left and right mixed.
