Application:
the furnace is used widely by universities and colleges, scientific research institutes and enterprises to melt the metal materials (such as stainless steel, ultratek, copper, alloy steel, nickel cobalt alloy and rare earth under the condition of the vacuum or the protective atmosphere, is also applied to refine alloy steel and to do it's recision casting 

Features:

furnace cover, body and bottem adopt the double-layer water cooling structure, the surface temperature of furnace shell doesn't exceed *0°C. the cover of furnace is opened by manual operation. the cover of furnace has the watch window and fender plate, which faciltates adding alloy element during the melting. the cover of furnace also has alloy batch  feeder. furnace inside has a induction coil, it is easy for you  to make the solution in the crucible to pour into  the ingot mould through turning the handle on the outside of furnace, the ingot mould can be designed into the water cooling mode. the top of crucible has an apparatus that just tests the temperature. the vacuum system adopts two stage pump, oil diffusing pump and monoblock pump, meanwhile, the deflation valve and inflation valve also are fixed on the system. electircity source uses the power divice of IGBT imported from foreign country, it is more compact, the effective power output beyond *0%, saving electricity and energy by *0% comparing with the traditional controlled silicon of medium frequency, its electrical system has the overcurrent and overvoltage feedback and protective circuit.
