Vacuum packing machine

This machine shall be used for automatic stretch film vacuum  packaging machine. First make the film heated, second use the  forming mould rushed into the shape of a container,third  packing materials in forming the film under the cavity, and then to vacuum packing. 

According to customer's product packaging requirements on the basis of pumping air into vacuum state, can be filled with N2, *2, CO2 gas mixture or single gas, gas mixing ratio can through the gas controller is convenient to adjust.

 

Adopt servo motor, touch screen, PLC control system, etc.The whole machine convenient  adjustment.

Combined mould replacement is convenient, multi usage,mold  cooling system.

According to customer's product packaging requirements, on the basis of making vacuum,can fill nitrogen or other gases for  packaging.

With German import chain of open type, suitable for all kinds of thickness of soft film and hard film and half hard membrane  stretch forming.

Waste recovery system with corner, maintain environmental  health.
