The GYZ series vacuum rinse furnace is applicable to clean spay silk
board and case subassembly which use the terylene, chinlon and polypropylene. It still can be applicable to clean strainer and liquid melt filter in plastic packing trade. It adopts to seal the hearth completely, then take out all the air in the hearth, and make it be vacuum. At the same it must be offered limited fresh air, making the chemical fibre high polymers decompose and carbonize under the low oxygen content. The temperature inside the hearth must be always controlled within the range of the craft demands. The surface of the subassembly is clean. Because the oxygen content is low inside the hearth, it can avoid the damage and oxidation among the metal workpieces, it can keep the workpieces original metals luster. The unit can choose the different work procedure according to the craft request.
