MAP Pinion-and rack type pneumatic actuator
Pneumatic actuator adopts aluminum alloy cylinder, which can meet different requirements of hard anodizing, epoxy resin coating, PTEE coating, nickel plating and other requirements. The inside adopts double-piston rack and is processed by cast aluminum hard anodizing or cast steel nickel plating. It features symmetrical erection position, rapid operation and long service life. Simple reversal of piston can change the direction of rotation. It fully meets the standards of ISO5211, DIN3337 and NAMUR.
 Application:
Suitable for small/middle rotary valve (Ball valve, Butterfly valve)
 
Operation conditions:

• Operation media: Dry or lubricated air, or the non-corrosive gas. The maximum particle diameter is less than 30 micron.
• Air supply pressure: The min. supply pressure is 2 Bar; the max. supply pressure is 8 Bar.
• Operating temperature: Standard: -20℃~+80℃​

• Stroke adjustment: ±5°Adjustment range at 0° and 90° point for rotation.
• Acting type: Double acting
