Product description

VCI paper is a new antirust packaging material produced by coating volatile corrosion inhibitor(VCI)on anti-rust base paper. It uses corrosion inhibition gas that volatile corrosion inhibitor contained in the paper automatically volatilizes in normal temperature, to adsorb on metal surface to form molecule protection cover, thus to achieve the goal of steel antirust. The product is safe and of environmental protection, and its properties reach the requirement of Japan JIS international advanced standard.

Usage guide:

1.       Keep metal parts and components dry and clean.

2.       Wear gloves to avoid the corrosion of fingerprint.

3.       Keep packing airtight and sealed, keep in and dry and cool place.

4.       No repeated use

5.       Package parts as soon as possible for optimum effectiveness.

6.       Avoid reusing VCI packaging that is soiled of damage.

Storage / Shelf Life

Storage: Store indoors at moderate temperatures5—*5 C. Keep packing closed and store away from heat sources, in dry and cool place.

Materials should be kept in original packaging or equivalent during storage.

Shelf Life: up to *8 or *4 months, when stored indoors at moderate temperatures.
