Vehicle Location System (Video Processor)

1 Main Functions of Video Processor:

1.1 Cycle switch to process 8 videos at an avarage of **0ms per video
1.2 Check the status of parking space(free/occuped) from video image and recognize the plate number of parked vehicles.
1.3 Control LED indicator’s display colors(red/green) by serial port.
1.4 Transfer the images of occupied spaces to sever and transmit sever’s command to LED display by network communication. 

2 How to guide to find certain free parking space? (parking guidance)

1) Process the video space image which were switched currently.

2) Control the LED indicator to be in red when the parking space is occupied and green when it is free.

3) Analyse SQL database of parking space status from server by network communication successfully.
