Application

1.ZJL type slurry pump  is generally immersed in the pool or pit to work., it does not need any shaft seal and shaft seal water.

2.Submerged pumps extension shaft series can be used in deep level working conditions.

3.This type pump used in mining, metallurgy, electric power, coal, chemical industry, building materials industries.

4. They convey abrasive and corrosive slurry containing solid particles, the mixture of solid and liquid maximum weight concentration: mortar*5%, pulp *0% .

Structure and advantages

1.ZJL type is single stage, single suck, vertical centrifugal slurry pump, this series pump adopt international advanced solid-liquid two-phase flow theory, according to the principle of minimum loss to design .

2.The geometric shape of its flow components is adapted to medium of flow state, then  reducing the loss of the eddy  and the impact . As a result, the flow components wear is reduced , hydraulic efficiency is improved, operation noise and vibration is decreased.

3.This series of pumps flow components use high hard alloy cast iron, its material with high abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance, impact resistant performance, so the life is raised.
