This vibrating screen and separator has single or dual vibration source of motors, mainly using in powder production line cleaning and screening separator process .
This shaking separator is widely  using in flour, starch, washing powder, metal powder, additives, chemicals, non-mining sectors of the particle powder rough screening, precision screening and separating . High capacity, easy to integrate with the production line.
This vibrating screen is a multi-purpose separating and filter machine , suitable for rapid, large amount of fine granular material. A single motor and dual motors can be layout. Its main characteristic is material in the screening machine time is short, the material can be quickly discharge outside, you can install a lower working position. Depending on the conditions of usage, we can make targeted modifications of the model in order to reduce the labor intensity and improve production efficiency.
Vertical vibrating screen function and principle:
Two groups eccentric block in aside the vibrator axis change the vibrating motor orbiting into the level, vertical, lean and centrifugal effect excessive acting force overlap, then passing this force to the sieve. Changing eccentric blocks phase angle and weight in order to change exciting force and material movement locus.
