Function

*Automatic compensation function

Position compensation

The automatic compensation in response to the dispersion of the mold opening stop position.

Luminous intensity compensation

The automatic compensation in response to drastic change of ambient luminous intensity.

-Decreasing unnecessary molding cycle stop.

*Re-ejection function

Re-ejection of un-ejected work pieces is performed by the predetermined number (up to *9 times), allowing the automatic return to normal mold cycle.

-Reduction in the number of ejection decreases the wear of ejector pins and increasesthe productivity.

*Independent area setting is available (Max. *6 areas)

Area line can be drawn diagonally so that unnecessary area of monitoring can be deleted, according to the shape of cavity and core. Also independent sensitivity setting are available in response to max *6 areas so that it realizes a stable monitoring and to copy and move areas are also available.

*2 camera monitoring

Using two cameras with one monitor is available, allowing to monitor more detailed work pieces and larger mold surface.

*4 language display available

Selectable from English, Japanese, Chinese or Korean with a simple operation.

*Zoom up function

On the each screen of monitoring, standard picture capturing and area setting is possible to zoom-up the picture Max. 4 times.

 

Other functions

Monitoring can be checked after setting of monitoring conditions.

*Counting function

It displays total cycle numbers, monitoring OK/NG numbers.
