+++ Payment Options:

1. Buyer to issue an Irrevocable, Revolving & Transferable LC in favor of Seller and Factory. LC value released upon SGS; or
2. Buyer to TT *0% Deposit upon signing SPA. Balance of *0% TT to be paid after SGS.

SPA & Payment all to Product owner.
+++ SOP:
1.  Buyer submits PO, POF
2. Seller will do a quick KYC to verify the buyers authenticity (*8hrs max)
3. FCO to be released by seller
4. Buyer signs back the FCO
5. Seller issue SPA for buyer to review and sign
6. After SPA is signed, SPA will have conditional clause to proceed only based on providing the relevant documents. After proof buyer to TT *0% Deposit
7. SGS officer to inspect and provide report to buyer (SGS officer to be engaged by buyer)
8. Balance of *0% TT to be paid after SGS
9. Factory will ship product to port and submit FOB documents to buyer
