Wild grown walnuts sourced from gigantic, ancient Walnut trees in Bulgaria. Untouched by pecticides and fertilizers; these majestic trees have existed for hundreds of years, consistently producing superb quality walnuts with a rich unique flavour that lingers delightfully on the palate, far superior to any walnuts I have ever tasted in Europe. Small quantities available, for small producers, but obviously the larger the quantity the better the price. Samples available. Typical analysis : *4% fat *5% protein *0 % carbon 6% fibre 1.3 % ash plus various trace elements vital to maintaining perfect health.
