 Main structure      
    It mainly consists of cleaning chamber, shelf,sealing door, pipeline, control system,cleaning inner trolley and outer trolley.
A. Cleaning chamber
● It is made of stainless steel drawing board,sophisticated processing.
● Weld by spot welding machine to reduce welding deformation.
● Two spray arms installed in chamber:upper spray arm and low spray arm, spray water to clean instruments.
● Both sides, top side as well as cover of chamber are pasted by materials with noise reduction and endotherm.
● Special drying system cooperate with fan with a high-volume, which can effectively remove moisture content from surface in order to realize drying function.
B.Sealing door
● Open the door automatically, save installation space, safety and reliability.
● Easy to observe the running conditions through sealing door with tempered glass.
C. Pipeline system
   It mainly contains:inlet pipeline in cleaning chamber, inlet pipeline in preheat water tank, heating pipeline, circulating water pipeline; cleaning solution pipeline in cleaning chamber,exhaust pipeline, drainage pipeline, hot-air circulate pipeline in drying chamber.
● Actuator for pipeline system use pneumatic element,with large diameter and high stability.
● Liquid metering pump has the function of cleaning solution and instrument protective liquid injection automatically. Liquid volume can be controlled by program.
● Circulating pump with large flow make circulating water generate rotational flow by spray arm to clean goods.
● To reach required temperature, circulating water in cleaning chamber is heated by program which controls steam valve automatically during different stage.
● Circulating water is heated to *3℃ and hold the temperature to preliminary disinfect.
● Water exhaust automatically after cycle to avoid pollution.
● Unique drying gas circuit designed make cleaning goods dried fastly,reduce surgical instruments regular service interval, increase working efficiency.
D. Outer cover decoration is made of stainless steel drawing board.
E. Control system:
● Main controller system parts: advance controller, 6 inch touch screen, strong function, easy to maintenance.
● Data acquisition parts:float switch with full PVDF material as liquid level measurement of cleaning solution.
