 New Arrive waste tyres pyrolysis plant
 BRIEF INTRODUCTION
The whole pyrolysis system is composed by *5 parts, which are reactor, insulation layer, furnace, transmission device , gas separate, depositing tank, cooling tower, cooling pipes, cooling pool, light oil tank, safety device, water seal, dedusting system, draft fan, chimney. The most important components of the pyrolysis machine are the reactor, cooling system, safety system and exhaust disposal system.
OUTPUTS AND APPLICATIONS
The main products: fuel oil, combustible gas, crude carbon black and steels, which are widely used in hotels, restaurants, bathing centers, power engines, chemical sector and so on.
REACTOR

Reactor directly decides the machine's safety and service life. It is made by boiler steel plate. So the quality of welding will have a direct impact on safety and service life. Therefore, we use automatic welding machine, X-rays detection and heating treatment which will not only guarantee the quality of welding but also improve working efficiency greatly.
CONDENSING SYSTEM ( SPECIAL DESIGN )
 
For cooling systems, there are two steps. Cooling pipe is the first step. There are ten pipes with diameter of **9mm and length of 6m in the cooling pool, which enables the condensing area to reach up to about *2m2. The second is the cooling tower. We have two cooling towers, which will guarantee you a high oil yield rate and helps a lot in improving the quality. Furthermore, we use the open cooling pool; natural cooling is viable and can get rid of the danger caused by the sudden interruption of power supply. And also, a large mount of water can be saved.
Furthermore, we use the elbows outside the pool to connect pipes, which makes it more convenient and easier for maintain and cleaning.
EXHAUST DIAPOSAL SYSTEM ( LATEST AND UNIQUE DESIGN)
We have three steps for exhaust disposing, desulfurization dedusting, water film cyclone and the bag dedusting (picture on the left). The bag dedusting is our latest design with hi-tech, there are *0 bags inside, the smoke from it is colorless and smelless, no different from the air. It is eco-friendly and environment protective. Whether to have it or not, it depends on your choice, for it is not a must. The smoke from the water film cyclone is white; however, it is pollution-free.
 

 
THE FLOW CHART AND RELATED DETAILS 
  
Feed the reactor with raw materials through the feeding door by labor or machine and then close it tightly. Heat the reactor with coal, wood or other fuels. The oil gas will travel from the reactor to the gas separate,Then the gas will continue its journey into the depositing tank for a second separation. After that , the cleaned oil gas will run into the cooling condensing pipes in the cooling pool, where the gas will convert to liquid, the oil, and then flow into the oil tank for storage.There will be some waste gas in the oil tank. It will follow the pipe over the oil tank into the cooling pool for a second condensing so that the remained oil gas could turn to oil to improve the oil yield rate.
