3. Safety and environmental

a. waste gas:there will be some
waste gas which can not liquefaction like :C1 C4 during
processing the raw material,through the safety device, water seal
andgas nozzle can achieve
full burning,by this wayot
only eliminates exhaust pollution, but also saves a lot of
fuel.Adopt desulfurization device for the soot discharge,can
reach standard GB*********1.
B. Waste liquid:
There will be some Weak acidic waste water during the
process,(*0kg waste water/ 1 tons oil), we will add Weak alkali
liquor make it neutralization and filter 3 times, then
use as cooling water.
C. waste solid
The main waste solid is carbon black; it can be used as raw
material of Carbon black for industrial purposes and Fly ash
brick.
