The microfilter is a mechanical filtration device, which is composed of transmission device, overflow weir water distributor, flushing water device and other main components. The filter screen is stainless steel wire mesh. Its working principle is that the treated water enters the overflow weir water distributor from the water pipe mouth, and after a short steady flow, it evenly overflows from the water outlet, and is distributed on the inner filter screen of the filter cartridge that rotates in the opposite direction. The water flow and the inner wall of the filter cartridge generate relative shear movement, and the water flow efficiency is high. The solids are intercepted and separated, and the water flows and rolls along the spiral guide plate in the cartridge, and is discharged from the other end of the filter cartridge. The waste water filtered from the filter screen flows away from the outlet tank directly below under the guidance of the protective covers on both sides of the filter cartridge. The filter cartridge of the machine is equipped with a flushing water pipe, which uses pressure water (3Kg/m ²ï¼‰ Spray in the form of fan or needle to flush and dredge the filter screen (the filtered wastewater can be used for circulating flushing) to ensure that the filter screen always maintains good filtering capacity.
