1.Introduction
The retarder is of
ananionic
surfactant with its main ingredient of the organic compound and has
strong retarding effect on all types of cements and
concretes.
With low dosage, it can
highly improve the time of the concrete setting and hardening and
reduce the temperature cracking of concrete while having the
excellent compounding effect with all series of the high range
water reducers, especially with those of the polycarboxylate and
naphthalene sulfonate superplasticizer.
It greatly reduces the
cost of compounding and has strong constraining force against the
slump loss.
Being free of alkali,
nontoxic, nonflammable and no harm to human body, it is widely used
in the concrete projects, like ports, tunnels, bridges, as well as
the concrete projects of all kinds of the industrial and civil
construction under the condition of high temperature in summer
season.
