ECOLaundry    

ECOLaundry is an environmental friendly appliance intended for use in a residential laundry facility. ECOLaundry is designed to work with your washing machine, adding ozone and Photo Catalytic Oxidizers to the cold water supply. Water treated by ECOLaundry aids in cleaning laundry and killing bacteria without leaving residual detergent in the fabric. Many users find they are allergic to detergents used in washers and the detergents create an environmental problem as they are included in the waste water from washer. ECOLaundry is unique function to the clothes of white-collar,gravida, infants, and underwear washing.

How to use the ECOLaundry

The operation of ECOLaundry is easy and convenient. As long as you install ECOLaundry properly, you simply need to operate your washing machine following manufacturer’s instructions. ECOLaundry is designed to automatically turn on as soon as the washer demands water for the wash cycle and again for any rinse cycles. The viewing window glows blue and you can see the production of enhanced oxidation bubbles in the tube through the window, so you can see it work! When the water stops flowing, the ECOLaundry will automatically turn off following a short cool-down period.

Selection of the Model

l Most top-load washers : A standard high-flow model ECOLaundry

l Front-load washers & high-efficiency top-load washers : A low-flow model ECOLaundry

You can easily tell if ECOLaundry is operating properly by viewing the water as it flows through the clear tube behind the window on the unit. Bubbles should be visible in the water as it flows through and the window should emit a blue glow. If you do not see bubbles, please ensure that you have the proper unit for washing machine. Most top-load washers should use a standard high-flow model ECOLaundry, but front-load washers and some high-efficiency top-load washers requires a low-flow model. If the high-flow model is used on a washer that has a low fill rate, there will be no bubbles and you will not receive the benefits of using the ECOLaundry.

Functions of Using ECOLaundry

Clean clothes

Ozone purifies the water by stabilizing chlorine residues, heavy metal ions, and various organic impurities that cause unpleasant smells, making tap water unpalatable. Then the processed water is used to make pet shower with high efficiency of cleaning clothes.

Sterilization & Kill bacteria

Ozone kills bacteria ***0 times faster than chlorine. While ozone kills bacteria on contact, the speed at which ozone neutralizes bacteria is dependent upon the type of bacteria, virus, cyst or other microbiological contaminant present, dissolved ozone concentrations and the organic load in the water. ECOLaundry is engineered to provide dissolved ozone concentrations in a specified range. This level of dissolved ozone is clearly in excess of the minimums required to inactivate all microbiological activity. 

Deodorizes and brightens

Ozone is the second strong oxidizer; ozone can clean clothes effectively, making contamination decomposed in a short time, and then the ozone itself in resolves into oxygen. Ozone works by oxidizing and breaking down stains and smells. It also bleaches, deodorizes and brightens clothes.
