1. Features:
(1) It’s a self-adhesive waterproof butyl rubber sheet with a
steel plate inserted
(2) Be good at waterproofing and sealing for its high bonding
strength.
(3) Easy operated, high tensile strength and non-curing lifelong.
(4) Do well in following and adapting to the interfaces of cracks
and deformations.
(5) It has excellent resistance to chemical, corrosion and
weather.
(6) There is no flowing at *0 degrees Celsius and no cracking at
**0 degrees Celsius.
(7) Odorless, solvent-free and environmentally friendly.
2. Application:
Used in waterproofing and sealing of concrete joints of
subways, tunnels, dams, culverts and other underground
works, effectively preventing leakages due to structural
deformations.
3. Basic Performance:
(1) Appearance: black sheet parceled by release paper.
(2) Density of 1.*4 ± 0.1 g//cm3
(3) Heat resistance: *0 degrees Celsius for 2h with no flowing,
cracking and deformation.
(4) Low temperature flexibility:**0 degrees Celsius with no
cracking.
(5) Water absorption: **8h *3 ± 2 degrees Celsius ≤ 0.3%
(6) Shear force between self-adhesive butyl and steel ≥
*1N/mm
(7) Vertical adhesive strength between waterproof sheet and
mortar board ≥ 0.1MPa
(8) Shear force between waterproof sheet and mortar board ≥
2.5N/mm
4. Using:
Tear off the isolation paper; remove the two release films of
faying surface at both ends of the waterproof sheet (
longitudinal lap length **0mm); compact the lap by hand (lap
length is **0mm); make the longitudinal center line of waterproof
sheet align with the center line of expansion joints and fixed;
then fix the model to pull concrete.
Packing: Cartons.
Transportation: Non-hazardous material, transport as general
cargo.
Storage: Keep level in a cool and dry warehouse to prevent direct
sunlight and keep away from heat. Storage period is six months.
