General
Description:
Carbon steel welding electrode
with iron powder low hydrogen potassium coating. It is used on both
AC & DC in all position. As the coating contains iron powder,
it has highly efficient welding and can reduce welding layers.
Welding of medium carbon steel & some important low alloy steel
structure such as *6Mn.
Application:
Used to weld low carbon structure & low alloy steel structure,
such as *6 Mn etc. Before welding, it is necessary to clean the
work piece & remove the impurities such as oil, grease rust and
moisture, bake the electrode at the temperature of about **0 degree
centigrade for one hour. Welding must be carried out under short
arc & is suitable for narrow path. When used DC, it must be
connected with positive polarity.
