Part one (summary)

     Machine is developed by Our Company ,and its being absorbing foreign technology;table adopt electric flip,and it has current location and its very reliable,it can make the workpiece at the best welding position. It uses VFD,with big speed range,high precision,it can also roll according to the welding speed,so it promotes the welding quality,reducing welder’s working intensity,and improve labor productivity.

 

 

 

Part two(use)

 

 

 

· Consists of worktable revolving mechanism, overturning device and electric control system 

· Can be reach to most suitable position through worktable revolving and overturning device 

· Worktable revolving is controlled by step-less frequency conversion to achieve a best welding speed 

· Can help for all types of manual welding and auto-welding 

· Used to pressure vessel, metallurgy, electrical power, chemical industry, mechanical and metal structure 

· If workpiece is longer or irregular shape, larger specification is more suitable due to excentricity and gravity center
